Wine Tasting Event at Hi-Time Wine Cellars

Join us for a special tasting led by Langtry Family owner Aukai Manson as he takes you on a guided tour through the diverse vineyards of Guenoc Valley. From the valley floor of Lillie’s Vineyard—where we hand-select Sauvignon Blanc grapes—to the steep, volcanic slopes of Tephra Ridge, you’ll get a true sense of how each site shapes the wines we craft.

The $35 tasting flight includes 8 estate-grown wines, each highlighting a unique part of our Guenoc Valley AVA. Along the way, Aukai will share stories from the vineyards, insights into our sustainable farming practices, and what makes this valley so special for growing Bordeaux varietals, Petite Sirah, and more.
